Egress Door Kits

Our exclusive Egress Door Kits allow you to protect the glass in an outward opening door (French door, side garage door, etc.) and still have the ability to go in and out of that door, preventing you from becoming trapped in your home.

It provides a safe, simple and cost effective solution for getting in and out of your home after the panels have been put up.

Florida Building Code Approval # 5581

Our Patented Door Kit allows any out swing-door to be used as an egress door. When the panels are in place, you can still use the door as your normally do.

The Patent is on our extrusion that fits over the top and the bottom of the door without the need for fasteners. Then the panels are hung in place to protect the glass from flying debris.

Removable Lanai Screen Panels & Doors

You have protected your windows; now protect your pool cage. Many insurance companies no longer cover your pool cage or put a separate deductible on them. Either way, replacement can exceed $15,000.00.

Some people say, "I'm just going to cut the screen when a hurricane hits." While this may save your pool cage, insurance companies will not pay to repair screens that were damaged by the home owner. After a hurricane, screening materials and repair people are in short supply. Simply replacing the cut screens can take weeks and cost up to $15.00 per square foot.

With Removable Screen Panels and Doors, you can remove them before the storm, and quickly replace them after the storm. This way your family will be protected from insects if your air conditioner is not functioning.

"What if I'm not home to remove the panels before a hurricane hits?" The scientifically engineered extrusion, along with the special screen spline, are specifically designed to release the screen when wind speeds achieve 103 mph to prevent catastrophic damage to the pool cage.

It is so easy and simple, it only takes six easy steps.
